I had never heard of a Martingale collar until I adopted my dogs and the rescue used Max and Neo Martingale collars. I love the locking mechanism on the collar, it’s very secure. I purchased several on Amazon because I didn’t know that there was a Max and Neo specific website until my recent purchase of the dinosaur print collar. That being said, these collars are very sturdy and hold up well over many years. The oldest collar I have is 6 years old and it’s visibly worn but still very much intact and usable. I now keep all my extra collars in my car in case I come across a stray dog and I only recommend Max and Neo when anyone asks me about collars. The sizing is also very surprising because my dogs are pittie mixes and have huge heads but not huge necks but the size large also fits my brother’s 130lb dog with no problem

Lightweight collar, easy to take on and off, and pup does not mind it!

Really like the collar with the choker collar built in. Got my pup from a shelter and he had a Max and Neo collar on. He does great with it. I also like that you donate to shelters with each purchase. Will suggest it to other pup people.
