Max and Neo Product Warranty

Thank you for purchasing one of our products. We greatly appreciate the support. We stand behind all the products that we manufacture and sell.  

All Max and Neo products come with a lifetime warranty. The lifetime warranty covers all products. They are warrantied for lifetime for any defects in manufacturing such as broken buckles or D-rings, any excessive fraying or tearing, etc... We may ask that you send the item that needs to be replaced back to us so that we can inspect it.

We do not cover acts of destruction by dogs, however we are a fair and honest company that will resolve all reasonable issues regarding any of our products. So if you feel that any of our products did not live up to your expectations, please contact us.
