The Rescue Dog of the Week is Phil, a 4-year-old Maltese mix from Hope Ranch Animal Sanctuary. Although Phil is timid, he is slowly building his confidence around people and other dogs and his leash sleeve lets people know to give him some space to be comfortable. Phil will be available for adoption soon!
