I got a new foster dog yesterday. His name is Charlie and he came from a shelter in California. Here's a short video of him. He was miserable at the shelter, howling and crying. He was rescued by Saving Paws Rescue, where I picked him up yesterday. He was so happy in the car ride back to my office. He's already playing with other dogs and comfortable in his new bed.
