The Rescue Dog of the Week is Louie from A Tail's Wag Dog Rescue! Louie is being fostered from Animal Welfare Society of Jefferson County and was severely neglected and emaciated at the time of intake (see comments for before/after photo). Louie is now doing much better and enjoyed opening his first donation box!
