The Rescue Dog of the Week is Roscoe from Because Of Roscoe Roscoe is a senior pit mix who "hosts" monthly spay/neuter events to help hundreds of cats and dogs in Fairfield County, SC get spayed or neutered. Thanks to Roscoe and his team, the county has more resources to put towards helping dogs in shelters find homes!
