The Rescue Dog of the Week is Percy from Cuba, MO Animal Control. Percy is the definition of a velcro dog. He is about a year old, 35lbs and will scale walls to be with his people. His favorite activities include snuggling as close as possible, walking right alongside you, and sitting on your feet. If you're looking for a pup to be your other half, Percy is happy to oblige!
