It's Donations Friday and we will be sending out 243 donation boxes to the T rescues on our list!

NOTE: We packed 1800 donation boxes in the last 8 days, so any boxes that got delayed in May or June due to inventory shortages will be shipping out next week and then we start the whole list over again in July!

The Rescue Pets of the Week are the cats of Valley Animal Haven! While most of what goes 𝘪𝘯 the donation box is for dogs, the box itself is for the cats! The team at Valley Animal Haven have made it a point to spray the empty donation box with catnip spray and put a soft blanket or pillow inside and it's amazing to see the hissiest and crankiest of kitties, purr-fectly happy!

The Rescue Dog of the Week is Girlfriend from Hope Ranch Animal Sanctuary! Girlfriend is a 2 year old Shepherd/Lab mix. She was rescued from a bad situation and healed from a broken jaw after having been kicked really hard. Though sweet as can be, she's (understandably so) very nervous being around new people and new situations. She is finally able to explore and learn how beautiful this world can be. She's making great progress and will be available for adoption one day soon!

The Rescue Dog of the Week is Ember from Humane Society of Stillwater in Oklahoma! Ember is a 9 year old boxer/pitbull mix who was likely abused by her owners and they left her living in a ditch for a week before she was rescued. Due to her age, she has significant arthritis and knee problems, but manages well with pain medication. Ember would do best being the only dog in the home as she does not care to play and doesn’t like other dogs jumping on her and causing her pain. Hopefully she will find a caring family soon!
