The collar is 2mm thick and very strong and made for the largest of dogs. Its quality nylon webbing contains reflective stitching for improved nighttime visibility.

We have a large pit bull at our shelter that doesn't like other animals. She loves people though! Anyway, we didn't have a collar big enough to fit her and we needed one desperately to guide her past the other dogs in the shelter. This collar fit her perfectly and is strong enough to hold this sweet girl!
Not for a big dog. You have to pull it over his head since it has not latch.
