First, let me say that I love this company! The products are great and I love the rescue support. I have bought many of the Martingale collars and been very happy with them. However, the last one I purchased was a small size for my Jack Russell. The width of the webbing has changed for this small size and is now the same width as the large. Unfortunately, the extra small is too small to fit him. So, due to the width of the product it just doesn’t fit him well. The diameter of the collar is correct, but it is too much collar for a dog this size. I wish they would return to the medium width webbing that they used to have for the small sized Martingale collar. 🙁

Got a pair for myself and my daughter. Quality is very poor plus they hurt to wear. Very disappointed. Should have known not to buy anything on Instagram. Lesson learned

We had a hard time finding a martingale collar that fits our 8-pound dog. The one we had previously was awkward and heavy on him and made him walk funny. Max and Neo make much better martingale collars for small dogs. Our dog doesn't mind wearing it, and he doesn't walk funny because it is made properly for the size of the dog.

Max n Neo have been my go to for years; since our rescue pup came home in one 9 years ago. Love the features, the separate loop for the id & tags, the lock on the clasp & the option to do nylon or chain. Chain was great for my short haired pup but the nylon for my long haired gal is chefs kiss. Plus the matching leash with traffic handle built in. And the quality!!! The only reason I’ve gotten new ones has been because she grew or I got bored with the color; otherwise they’ll last forever
