Great Leash

I love Max and Neo products. This is the 2nd leash I've purchased along with the matching collar. I like the colors and reflective stitching. The leash is the perfect length and feels solid in the hand.

Small Dog Leash

I love the quality of Max and Neo leashes. They are strong and I love the padded handle. I was excited about the small dog leash. It is shorter, but the same width and has the same heavy hardware. I would have liked it to be narrower and lighter for my little one.

Great Products and Customer Service

We've bought several Max & Neo collars and leashes over the past couple of years. we're very pleased with the quality and the company's service is outstanding. We recently had a leash that we bought several months ago and the clasp spring got loose which allowed the leash (clasp) to easily slip off the attachment ring on the collar. Emailed Max & Neo with a photo of the clasp and they sent an exact replacement the same day! Now that's great service. Highly recommend these products, and it's also a great thing that they donate one for one to shelters.
